  • Tim Walker is a British fashion photographer. 
  • He regularly shoots for Vogue, W, and mainly love magazines. 
  • He worked as a freelance photography assistant in London before moving to New York. 
  • He also shot fashion photography stories for Vogue. 
Richard Avedon:
  • Was born in May 1923
  • Richard was an American fashion and portrait photographer.
  • His work was published in the New York times and it was said that "his fashion and portrait photographs helped to define Americas image of style, beauty and culture for the last half-century".
  • Avedon did many iconic portraits of celebrities.
Herb Ritts: 
  • Was born in August 1952.
  • Is an American fashion photographer and director for is own photographs of celebrities, models and other cultural figures throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
  • The majority of his work concentrated on black and white photography and portraits. 
Nick Knight:
  • Born in November 1958.
  • Known for being a British photographer and founder/director of SHOWstudio.com
  • He has collaborated with John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Yohji Yamamoto and many more famous fashion icons. 
  • He has also worked with advertising campaigns for brands such as Calvin Klein, Yves Saint Laurent, Tom ford and Christian Dior. 
Vivianne Sassan:
  • Was born in 1972. 
  • Known for being a Dutch artist living in Amsterdam. 
  • She is a photographer who works in fashion and within the fine art world.
  • She is also known for using geometric shapes and abstractions of the human body.
Craig McDean: 
  • Was born in 1964.
  • Craig is a British fashion photographer based in New York.
  • He has photographed for campaigns such as Dior, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Georgio Armani, Estee Lauder and Calvin Klein. 
  • HE regularly contributes to popular publications such as W, American, French, British and Italian Vogues. 
David Bailey: 
  • Was born in January 1938
  • David is a British photographer known for his advertising celebrity and fashion photographers. 
  • Began photographing TV commercials and produced a number of books and documentary films. 
Gavin Watson: 
  • Born in 1965. 
  • Watson grew up living on a council estate in High Wycombe. 
  • He bought a Hanimex camera from Woolworths in his early teenage years so that he could take photographs of his brother and his friends.
  • He then became a darkroom assistant at camera press.
  • Even in his later years, he always photographed his brother and their group of skinhead friends. 
Horst p. Horst:
  • Born in August 1906.
  • Horst Paul Albert Bohrmann, known as Horst p. Horst.
  • He was a German fashion photographer. 
  • He became close with vogue photographer Baron George Hoyningen-Huene. 
  • Horsts photographs have appeared in Vogue and he has also taken part in exhibitions at La plume D'Or which took place in Paris and British vogue printed three fashion studies. 
Irving Penn: 
  • Born in 1917.
  • An American photographer known for his fashion photography, portraits and still lives.
  • Work of Penn's was shown in vogue magazine and independent advertising work for clients such as Clinique. 
  • Worked as magazine photographer for vogue, as well as creating many personal projects. 
Serge Lutens: 
  • Born in March 1942.
  • Is a French photographer, filmmaker, hair stylist, perfume creator and fashion designer. 
  • Moved to paris in 1962 and was hired by Vogue to do fashion jewellery, hair and makeup.
  • In 1967, he was commissioned by Christian Dior to produce a whole new make up line.
  • He is most famous for his perfume and makeup lines.
Helmut Newton:
  • Born in October 1920.
  • Is a ferman Australian photographer.
  • A fashion photographer know best for his black and white photos for mainly vogue. 
  • He shot photographs for Playboy. 
  • Some of his images appeared in British and French vogue as well as Harper Bizarre.
