Reading week: The tipping point
Reading is not my favourite thing to do and I often really struggle to sit down and read a book. When I first purchased this book I was actually quite excited to read this, however when I started it I couldn't properly get into it. I gave it a rest and tried a few days later.
I some how managed to read the whole book after a while, even though I didn't finish it until way after reading week, I actually managed to read it and enjoy it!
The book is by Malcolm Gladwell and he really wrote all about what it actually means to reach the tipping point.

- Malcolm Gladwell is Canadian
- The tipping point relates a lot to critical mass
- Gladwell believes it is extremely important for a person to uphold their own responsibilities.
- Gladwell says that an idea must reach its 'tipping point' to supposedly succeed.
- Once an idea reaches the tipping point, it then spreads like fire. This is because fire spreads.
- Without there being a problem that needs to be faced or a an extreme struggle, no idea will ever tip!
- Good ideas need hard workers and good team work, collaboration and communication.
- Ideas often need social networkers.
